WUKF European Championships in Sheffield

Karate Wales have been afforded the great opportunity of sending our competitors to 'The WUKF European Championships For All Ages' which takes place in Sheffield at the English Institute of Sport between 16th-20th October.

All members of Karate Wales who compete regularly are welcome to enter, though there may be a limit on numbers in some categories.

WUKF have generously allowed our participation without affiliation. This means we can continue to have sporting relations with groups within the WKGB, EKF etc.

All those who wish to take advantage of this great opportunity need to attend registration of competitors which takes place during the first Karate Wales Kumite Squad training session.

This will be at the YMCA Hub in Barry (CF623 4EE) on Saturday Sept 7th.
Under 12's 10am
Under 16's 11am
Adults 12pm
Training is free.

There will not be a Kata session, but Kata competitors also need to register at this time.

Registration will entail all competitors completing an information slip and paying a non refundable deposit of £10 towards their entry fee.

There will be a further Karate Wales Kumite Squad session the following Saturday, Sept 14th also at the Hub.

Training Fee is £3

Those who come along to the Karate Wales registration/Kumite session on the 7th will be given further information.
