KARATE WALES TRAINING SESSIONS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT KUMITE SQUAD TRAINING ON SUNDAY 1st MAY HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REARRANGED FOR SUNDAY 29th MAY.

SUNDAY 13th MARCH KW OPEN KUMITE SQUAD TRAINING SWANSEA
(Ken Bu Kan Dojo, Bethesda Street, Swansea SA1 2EU with National Head Coach Stephen Wellington)
14 YEARS & UNDER: 10am-12pm
15 YEARS & ABOVE: 12.30pm-2.30pm
At this session, which is open to all Karate Wales members, all those who intend going to the WUKF World Championships in Dublin from 15th-19th June or IKU European Championships in Timisoara 19th-22nd May to compete in Kumite should register their intention and have their photo taken.

SATURDAY 19th MARCH KW OPEN KATA SQUAD TRAINING BARRY
(St. Davids Methodist Church, Barry CF62 9SU with National Kata Coach Andrew Kanias)
12 YEARS & UNDER: 1.30pm-3pm
13 YEARS & OVER: 3.15pm-4.45pm
